Tootsies continues to befuddle me. there are so many girls who work there but only on occasion do they girls seem to be attractive. they are all somewhat appealing , but they quality certainly seems to have dropped off.

I went in last nite (st pats) thinking the place would be rocking, but it was only half full (half empty). girls arent pushy, bartenders do a good job, and for the 6 dollar cover, its not so terrible.

but it took me while to find a girl i was interested in getting a dance from. others may not have this problem
