Let's face it. For whatever reason Chicago is one of the weakest cities when it comes to the arts. And, if you live on the north or northwest side, you're looking at a drive to the south side or even Indiana for any kind of selection. Heavenly Bodies is nowhere near the best club I've been to. Yes, it has it's drawbacks. The VIP room downstairs looks my buddies parents' basement. Metal chairs strewn about and a few TVs for good measure. The girls are in bikinis when dancing on the stage and there are no table side dances. The tables themselves are just cheapy bistro tables with bar stools, so the table dance would be difficult none the less. The girls here are pretty much in the 5-8 range. No knockouts by anyone's definition.

However, all of that being said, HB's does a lot of things well. First, it's a great value. 10 bucks in the door and 1.50 domestic brews with free greasy pizza. There are plenty of TVs to watch sporting events if you want a change of pace. There are a lot of girls here, especially on the weekend. Almost all of them I've encountered are eager entertainers who do their best for their customers. The 5 for 50 while in the cheesy VIP is still a great deal even considering the fact that average HB song clocks in at well under 3 minutes. The girls get topless and there is a lot of grinding going on. If you're a sly devil you can pretty much get away with quite a bit.

Someone mentioned here mentioned a gal named Carissa or Clarissa. She is a perfect example of the type of hard working artist that works here. A gal that knows her craft and treats her customer with respect. Something I find lacking in a lot of the better clubs in Reno and Las Vegas.
