The manager/owner of this club has decided that the best way for him to make more money is to strictly enforce rules in the VIP, hoping to entice customers to use the "ultra-private" area. Don't fall for that nonsense. It is a complete rip-off, and the dancers get ripped off by the manager in that deal as well. The only way the manager is likely to stop that approach is if he loses money, so avoid this club for awhile. You're really not missing much, and the only thing you would have been missing has been taken away by the new policies anyway.
