There was about an inch and a half of stagnant water standing in the VIP room. There were maybe four dancers on shift--two had that saggy-but-skinny look that is usually brought about by large amounts of alcohol, meth, and pain pills over a long period of time. The other two were probably over 200 pounds and old enough to be my mother. The deejay, whose forehead stuck out a good three inches from his head, was baying something unintelligible into a microphone, revealing all three of his yellow, decrepit teeth.

I made the mistake of going to the bathroom. A puddle of green ooze that had probably been there since Clinton was in office was dribbled on the floor. I observed two unflushed toilets sans stalls and toilet paper, a broken mirror, and a door that didn't lock, and decided to hold it.

The place reeked of unwashed ass and dollar store perfume.
