I stopped by on a Saturday night at 20:15. This strip club is now called Club Stilettos, not the Top Hat Cabaret. The best way to describe the club is that it is two different suites in the same building. One suite is the strip club, and the other suite is a bar. Alcohol sales are not allowed at strip clubs per local laws, so this is how the business gets around it. Each suite has a separate entrance from outside of the building. There is no doorway in the wall that connects the two rooms. If you enjoy alcohol, you will be walking back and forth between the two rooms all night, as the dancers also do. There are windows in the wall, so you can at least watch the dancers perform on stage while you are in the bar room.

The bar room is well lit and quieter. It has a pool table and television. There is a large outdoor patio that you are allowed to drink on. Domestic beers were $4. Import beers were $5. I bought a dancer a cocktail for $6. The ATM is located in the bar. It has a maximum withdrawal of $200 and charges a ten percent fee per transaction.

The strip club room is dark and loud. There was a $6 cover charge. You are given a wristband, so you can come and go between the two suites. There is a stage on the east wall that is about a foot off of the ground. The stage has two stationary poles. Dancers are allowed to put boobs in your face and give mini lap dances to tippers during their stage performances. The better looking dancers made around $100 in singles in a couple songs. Cans of soda can be bought from the doorman without going next door to the bar.
