I recently popped into N.E.P. on a trip to Bangkok. The place has really gone downhill over the past few years. There is a feeling of desperation everywhere. The best club in the plaza is located on the ground floor on the left hand side. A lot of guys skip over the ground floor clubs for some reason. Pretty Lady has many great looking girls dancing on a mirrored stage in short skirts with nothing on underneath. For the price of a tequila shot, they will join you at your seat and you can get better acquainted and decide if you would like to spend more time together.

N.E.P. still has some great girls, but nothing compared to the Soi Cowboy bars.
