Let's keep this one short and sweet. Dropped in on a Friday afternoon. Late afternoon.
Took a cab from Avenida Revolucion after having a pretty good time at Amnesia. To get here from the border will cost you about $5 by cab. I paid the same amount via taxi from the ave but I could have overspent (gave the driver a $5 and rolled out). I walked in to the club and saw practically nothing but dead air. There was furniture, of course. Kind of looks like a diner, but so does AB to a degree and Bar Tropical. The one club up around that area in TJ that doesn't look like it could have been a diner at some point is Hong Kong. So when I say dead air, there was nothing going on here. Probably caught this club at a bad time, but it was around 5PM so that was a little surprising (or maybe not looking at chitown's review).
Saw what could have been a dancer at the end of the bar to my right (from the doorway) but she was talking to a guy. Maybe a waiter. There was another girl down at the far end of the bar to my left, and was really hoping she wasn't going to walk up to me and let's leave it at that. When she walked toward the back, I walked down the bar about halfway and gave the place another quick once over. So the place has gotten some good ink here, so I thought about hanging around another few minutes to grab a quick beer and see who else walked out. Then I ran the odds in my head that the next girl out would be one I'd be interested in.
