They have a billborad advertising the club that says it"out Vegases Vegas" That is not an exageration. I am Spearmint Rhino fan and thought that would be the best club I ever wenr to. I was wrong. Tootise clearly deserves its rankng.

The girls were good for day shift. They were nice, but I imagine the nite shift are nicer like most places. The girl I talked to was very upfont about her dances and the various rooms. The room rates were reasonable and they were upfront about the cost. There was no $100 plus 2 drinks, tip for the waitres, etc. It was $50 $or 100, for the room and talk to the girl about her fee and that is all there is. I saw the VIP and Champagne rooms and they were nice. I did not go to the lap dance area. Tootsie's creates a lot of energy in the way they run the club. The moat for the girls to prowl after they dance, the waitress uniforms, lighting, etc. are great Also, one other nicety, the bouncers were actually pleasent, in Vegas on a good day they are neutral, most days they take on an attitude you are lucky they let you in beacause they could take you out back and teach you a thing or two. These guys were nice. Great club, go there when you have a chance.

PS. Bring some money. You will create a memory and be glad you did not go cheap.
