after posting for 'bout a year i finally figured out how to best utilize the 3 tier (club, dancer, value) rating system. since the orlando laws strictly prohibit any contact (forgot where i was while passing through mco, almost tipped tsa as they patted me down), i can't give high marks (rating or value $) for any orlando club. i started off going to temptations and it was empty, only 2 dancers, 1 customer and 1 barmaid. shortly after taking a seat at the bar, the bouncer came out and asked for $5 cover charge. i can't see how they can ask for a cover charge with only 2 dancers. i got up and i said, "...the club is empty", he said. "..$5", i said, "goodbye".

took a short drive to cleo's, ~1 mile down the road? i must be insane, i insist on not using the valet and despite all the warnings, park behind the club. the parking lot is well lit, but it's still not wise to take those 50 steps to the front door. parked there 1/2 dozen times and never had an incident, but still not smart. i am willing to pay $9 for a bottle of water ($6.25 + tip), but refuse to valet! if i ever go back, i plan to valet.

paid $10 at the door, but took a quick peek around the wall to make sure that there were more than 2 dancers. i believe there were a dozen working that night. sat down and was approached by a dancer. had good conversation. it one of those clubs where i prefer just sitting there and enjoy the show. getting dances doesn't really make sense. the only contact you will get is eye contact.
