This club has changed very little in the last 45 years. If the walls could talk the stories would be phenomenal. Movie stars, singers and politicans frequented Newport when it was Sin-City. The last time I was there Morgana was the main attraction. She was just released from jail after kissing Pete Rose on the field in Cincinnati.

I have seen Virginia Bell, Blaze Star and Kitten Natividad and many other big names at the Brass Ass through the years. The stage, booths, bar and entrance are still the same as 1963.

The dancers flash everything, so do not let the bikini club-type keep you away. The club is sleazy but clean. The afternoon dancers were sexy and reasonably good looking: 5 – 7’s. A $55 drink w/ $5 tip for the waitress and a $25 tip for the dancer will get a HJ done. More expensive treats, including a "back room”, are available.

Overall the club gets an 8 for value: a sexy show with a good outcome.
