After a dissapointing visit to Amnesia...

After a dissapointing visit to Amnesia (see other review) my girlfriend and I decided to try Splash/Mermaids two nights later, however we miscalculated and by the time we had dinner, stopped by at Cabo Wabo (just across the street), Splash was closed, but we were directed to Mermaids upstairs. $5 cover for me, she was free, however it was last call so we thought they should not have even charged my cover. However, that was the only misfire, otherwise we wish we would have come sooner as the dancers were cute (6-8'ish), personable, and not pushy for the short time we were there. We grabbed a cocktail, sat down and a few minutes later two attractive latinas were on our laps. Since it was last call for dances we immediately took them to the curtained-off lapdance booths, giving the handler $40 and a $10 leave-us-alone tip. We both sat down and my shirt was off and girlfriend's top down and the girls gave us both very hot, full contact dances, respectful of us being a couple. My girlfriend and I kissed and caressed each other and her and her dancer touched each other's happy-places; I was more conservative with mine and would touch her only when my girlfriend was touching her and looking at me as I wanted it to be 'our' experience vs 'my' experience. The girls were fun and even made some loud sound effects that had the handler peek in to make sure they were ok. The dance was extended long after the song ended and they didn't ask me for a tip and that's why I gave them both $50 because they were so sweet. They gave my girlfriend their email addresses and told me to take her back to the hotel now and 'f**k her good' and I promptly complied ... Just too bad we hit them so late on our last night in town but definately will return on our next trip.
