First of all, don't go looking for Diamond's Cabaret. The front (street side) of the building says The Joint -- that's a regular bar. The north entrance (from the parking lot) says Strip Joint.

There's a new VIP area, but I don't know anything about costs, because given the nature of the regular dances, it seems a sure thing that the VIPs are all air as well.
