Went there twice about 10 minutes...

Went there twice about 10 minutes apart. The first time I wasn't wearing a shirt with a collar. So much for my casual slacks experiment. I really didn't want to turn around to head back to the hotel so I mentioned I was from out of state and the response was I could buy a shirt with a collar. I had this feeling this club was going to suck the big one so there was no way I was adding extra stuff to fly home with just to bore myself behind the pretty nice door to the main club. The door girl was nice enough to apologize when I showed back up with a collar and shiny shoes (damned if I was getting turned around for wearing tennis shoes).

Club was very nice on the inside, but tame. Wood paneling through and good spacing, but lame enough where the DJ began ripping into his own dancers at random. If you're talking over songs, you'd better be funny. He wasn't. Since this was the first club of the night, I decided to stay at least long enough for one drink. Checked out two different seating angles around the main stage. There is another part of the club further back with a second bar but it seemed more dull than where I was. That might've been the champagne area, but again I wasn't too keen on the part of the club I could sit in on the cheap.

Went to the bar at the back of the club for a drink. Decided to make it a shot since I was leaving in another minute. Kamikaze. Tasted fine but it had ice in it, which I figured out halfway through the shot. Once I'd somehow managed to keep myself from choking, I mentioned this to the bartender said "it wasn't supposed to". Nice. Sat for another minute to see if anything caught my eye. Not really. Besides the fact the staff got off on the wrong foot, the club just wasn't my speed. Not enough return on the $$ here. Rami (asian-ish looking and decently stacked) walked up and offered a table dance. 95% air. End of story.
