Was thinking of going to Rick's, but when I passed by the club there was a dearth of cars there -- the first time I ever saw that -- and I figured it was still on the slide, so I continued on to Deja Vu. For a Friday, there seemed to be a shortage of dancers (probably 15 or less) and many of them were on the chunky side. I'm ok with solid dancers, but there wasn't much variety that night and the dances were not very inspired. The atmosphere was pleasant and the girls were polite when I turned them down, but it was a pretty ho-hum evening. I left after an hour and a half when the dancer rotation started again. I'll be back, but 'm hoping it picks up next time.
