I've been going to Creams for...

I've been going to Creams for years and this club is on it's way back. At one time it was probably the best in SoCal. From what I understand, Ownership and Upper Management thought they could do a better job of running it than the people in the trenchs and they lost a lot of their best girls and their key staff (Shift Managers, DJ's, Club Hosts, Bartenders)were talking about leaving. They have since backed off and are letting their people that are in the club day in and day out take a more active roll in running it again.

The quality of the girls is on the rise. They recently hired some real lookers, I just hope they can make enough money to keep them. Girls are gonna go where the money is. Part of the problem is there are times when there are only 3 or 4 girls in the club, and it's hard to get a dance from them when they're always going on stage. If they can fix this problem the girls will start making money again and they will tell their friends at other clubs they're making money and get more quality girls.
