Got here really late on a...

Got here really late on a Saturday. Probably around 5AM. I was in no rush to get here since the place is supposed to be open til 6AM. This place gets so much hype on the site I decided to swing by since I was within driving distance. There were still a lot of cars around, and I ended up parking across the street in the open lot. That's a pretty steep hill they have running alongside the club. I wonder how many drunken tumbles they've had over the years. Once you get up the stairs, the greeter directs you around to the desk for whatever the cover is (something cheap). Thought the suits of armor were a nice touch. There are a lot of reviews that describe the layout in detail, but honestly it didn't look like what I was expecting from those write ups.

Won't spend a lot of time writing the description out myself since there are pics on the website. What you don't get from the website is the amphitheater vibe and the way the stage room slopes down toward the main stage. The visibility is pretty good because of the design, and there isn't really a bad seat in the house. Even this late there were a good number of customers, I'd put it around 30 or so. Still plenty of dancers, maybe 20. I had just drug myself away from a pretty rowdy atmosphere (and one smoking hot couch dance) over at the old Chastity's to check this place out and it was a lot more laid back. The girls that were still there were kind of circling around but not really mingling, the club still had dancing on two satellite stages, and guys were still tipping. Not quite Vegas, but it was cool to see a club still going strong heading towards daybreak.

There was a nice looking redhead with a tight body who I snagged for a couple of regular dances in the far right corner past the stage. When I read through the goings on in a lot of these reviews I wouldn't have guessed the lap areas were so wide open. The two regular LD spots are on the corners, and the first one I saw was up a few steps and you get square looking padded seats separated by table surfaces where you can set drinks and whatnot. If there are other non-VIP dance areas I didn't spot them during my brief visit. The pros were you could take a quick look around and get an idea of what could be had that time of day, the cons were you'd get the same once over treatment so odds are you were going to hit a speed limit fast on your dances. It was revealed pretty quickly I'd drawn a dud, even though she looked pretty hot and gave it a good shot. I was tempted to pull the curvy blonde from across the narrow aisle after she wrapped up her set, but decided to walk the floor and keep looking since she was wearing quite the frown. One thing that jumped out at me was the range in body types and styles the girls had. Nicely done.
