This was my first time to this club. I decided to give it a try because I heard it was now owned by the same people who own McDougals. What I like about McDougals is that the girls are very pretty there. What I don't like is that there is a person who constantly watches the private dancers. The girls at Night Shift were not as pretty, they seemed to have a harder edge. The private dances are in a backroom so that seemed promising but there is still a monitor there which tends to cut down on the fun. Still its not a bad place to go but the girls are not as pretty as McDougals and the dances are not as much fun as the Players Club so I would rate Night Shift as my third choice in the Baltimore area.
