Hadn't been in here in about six months as the quality of the dancers had deteriorated, making me reluctant to spend my money here. Went in a couple times this past week to check on what's going on here, and, incredibly, now the club has even more robotic Russian girls working here. "Is not good."

The club is cramped but apart from that and the increasing Russian presence in the corps of dancers, this club has a lot going for it. It isn't a dump. Quality of clientele is generally good--thug types I saw last year in here weren't in evidence on my two recent visits. Servers are good.

But why half the dancing staff are unengaging Russian is a puzzle. The Russian girls are fairly emotionaless, unexpressive on stage, limited in their ability to speak English in conversing with customers, and one gets an overwhelming impression of greed and a singular fixation on exploiting money. (Obviously, all dancers are strongly motivated by money but these Russian girls take it to new levels of obviousness and coldness.)
