This will be a brass tacks review for the out of town set. Unless you happen to be in Holiday, Florida there is no need to go out of your way to check this place out. It isn't a bad club. The layout is reasonable and there is a good amount of room with comfortable chairs on wheels. I think I'll start calling them Tampa chairs because those little oval seats seem to be in every club in the area. There is one main stage and a satellite. I prefer the alternate stage myself because it is more interactive. The bar is well stocked and the drink service is fast and friendly. So far all of this sounds good, so what's the issue? It's a locals club through and through, and I suppose it just wasn't my type of crowd. When I want to go to a bar I go to a bar. When I want to see strippers I go to a strip club. This place is about a 50/50 split. Got a couple of dances (one nude, one topless) from a couple of rookies who really need some more seasoning before they go around promising the world. But they were cute at least. One had been there a week, one a month. Not a lot of lookers, but a nice group of girl next door types that I could take the time to talk to if I was from that town. The blonde waitress in the short shorts and tank top (who said used to work at Emperors) had the body of death. Can't recall her name but you can't miss her. Too bad she (and the brunette bartender busting out of her top) weren't dancing. Overstayed a bit to make sure I gave the club a legitimate chance to impress, then left for other destinations and didn't look back. Before I forget, the nude lap dances here are a ridiculously priced $40 per song. Let's just say the upsell attempt for the VIP room met a quick end about 30 seconds into the $40 test drive. Since she was really good company beforehand, I wrote it off as the cost of doing business. With any luck YMMV. Might be better on the weekends, but the dancers I met said it was really crowded and hard to move around on those days. Try this club out for yourself if you have to, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're closer to Tampa.
