Dropped by on a Monday night....

Dropped by on a Monday night. I was the third person in the room aside from a solitary blonde dancer on stage who was doing a tame set in a pullover hoodie. A brunette came from the back and quickly snagged one of the two other guys. The sweatshirt eventually went down to a bikini but no further, not even after a little stage tipping. Strippers that don't strip are an iffy sign at any club. Well, just checked the notes on this being a bikini bar but that doesn't excuse the low energy level. I've been to enough places where a dancer will perform like she means it to 1 guy or 100, though the DJ really seemed to enjoy the show. Got one drink and took off, and the curvy bartender knew how to pour at least. The two dancers were young and pleasant-looking if not smoking hot, but they weren't enough to hold my attention in light of everything else. Not going to completely slam the club because the layout and full bar made me think on a good night this club has potential. Staff was cool enough to give me directions to another place I'd heard about. Planning to try the place again on the way to a surer bet since the dances are cheap and I didn't get one the first time around.
