In response to hands on, 7 stages is pretty normal for most of the clubs in Dallas. (Jaguar has 6, Clubhouse 6, Rhino 6, Dallas Gent Club 5 or 6, and the Fare has 8)

Depending on the # of girls signed in, BD's usually does just 5 stages/double songs (10 songs) in the afternoon and 7 stages/double country (still 9 or 10 songs) in the early evening. At 3 minutes a song, you're looking at 30 minutes, not that long of a time. By 8pm they're usually down to just 7 stages (7 songs, or 21 minutes).

Upstairs is open all day long, but the area behind the stage is normally closed until 7pm.
