I hadn't been to Harper's II...

I hadn't been to Harper's II for several years. I only went because Southside Johnnies for some reason was closed on a Saturday night. The previous reviews adequately describe the place. It is very attractive on the inside, unlike the Harper's in Winston-Salem. There is a big well lit stage. The girls do two numbers and are nude by the second. The amount of showmanship varies a lot with the girl. They all show their stuff, but one girl Saturday night would back away from the edge of the stage when approached with a tip, and would not let anyone stand down at the end of the runway where the patron is pretty much at eye level with a honeypot. She only let folks approach from the more elevated table area. She did about a 30 second show for her $1 dollar or whatever. Several of the dancers were very unenthusiastic and uninspired. A couple girls showed their athleticisim on the pole but several looked and acted bored.

The $10 table dances are with a g-string and topless. The very nice and nicely shaped black girl I had a couch dance in the VIP room with said that they could 'flash' in the VIP, but it too is topless and with a g-string. I must have missed what the earlier reviewer indicated is fully nude if they don't touch. The bouncer was at his little booth in the VIP room, and of all things, he had a tip jar that was seeded with a few bills. I can't imagine anyone actually tips the bouncer.

Admission on Saturday was $20 and that supposedly included a 3-month membership. I don't know what kind of break members get. Maybe I'll go back within three months and see.
