Another bad experience at Visions. As a girl walked the bar and got to my position, she decided she needed to move my stuff out from in front of me for her to dance adequately. Unfortunately, she didn't just "move my stuff" but rather, scattered it wildly. This involved spilling my tobacco pouch, standing on my Colibri lighter and crushing it to smithereens, realizing she had messed up and so (bad move!) then trying to move my lighter with her foot and standing on it again so she REALLY crushed it to smithereens, and then getting pissed off. So what does she do? Of course, later, she has me thrown out. Makes sense, right? If you crush a customer's lighter, better get rid of him for his being a jerk, right? I had tipped her the $1 I felt appropriate, but evidently I "groped and fondled" her. This could have been true, except for the fact that I hadn't touched her at all.

I of course was cooperative with the staff when they told me I had to leave -- they're in a difficult position, and I don't want trouble any more than they do -- but it's galling that the management chooses to believe a girl rather than look at their own dang video tapes and find out she's too damned drunk to be dancing on a tall bar and nobody ever TOUCHED her if she's complaining about being groped. This dancer also hangs with the difficult shot-glass girl who tries to pick your pocket -- both these ladies have a hate-on for men, and will randomly attack. It's weird, since I'm usually a respectful and non-threatening customer, you'd think they'd prefer to go after the A-holes; but maybe by the fact that I'm responsive and polite, they sense a type of weakness which they enjoy exploiting. Anyway, with those gals, it's watch-your-back. With some of the other gals at Visions, it's business as usual, and with some of the Visions gals it's a great experience.

Of course, I didn't enjoy having to be paraded out in front of everyone when I didn't do anything but have my lighter stomped on. Like she would have been able to gently slide ANYTHING out of the way from above with the only implement for moving it being her eight-inch stripper heels!
