Club cover charge is $10, VA is the land of Pasties, the no nude rule seamed to be strictly enforced at this club. Beer and wine or champagne only no hard liquors.

Prices were $4 to $10 for drinks and the table service was slow so there was no pressure from a waitress as soon as a dancer sat down. Music was mixed and not too loud. Club was clean and for the most part the weeknight crowds are respectable, weekends bring in larger and more diverse crowds but the staff manages the environment without intrusion.

I have visited on several different nights and always found a good mix of attractive dancers that were friendly and not pushy. Paper Moon clubs are upscale when compared to others in the Richmond area and I prefer the atmosphere in this location over the center city club.

Lap dances are $30 and about every fourth or fifth song on most nights will get you a club wide two for one. Quality of the dances varies greatly across the staff and is often proportional to the dances level of intoxication. The Lap dance room has open partitioned couches with a center stage used for "Power Hour" (At closing with any type of crowd remaining the patrons and girls gather for one last push for you funds. No alcohol is served and you will see some girl on girl etc. trying to get you to that last lap dance or VIP).

The VIP is just up a few steps in the lap dance area and again is open with limited privacy, this is VA, check the laws. Prices start at $125 and go up based on time.
