Went to Roxy's on Saturday night, Dec 15th. The Brooklyn area where the club is located isn't the best, but neither is any area in East St. Louis. If it wasn't a blizzard out you would normally see a bunch of roadside "entertainers" if you like that kind of thing. When you walk in its not a very big place, this night I was on a bachelor party, and we were down to 3, so I got in for free, bonus points. There are about 5 stages for the girls, and even with a blizzard outside, they were all occupied. They also have a shower dance, but you have to pay extra to see that because they curtain off that section(I had my bachelor party there, and entered the shower myself, apparently missing how one of the girls showed how she can spray the shower glass :D ). The decor isn't high dollar by any means, I would say average at best, but you don't get that cheap feeling like at the dives. The bathroom is very clean with an attendant, so no funny business goes on as far as I can see. As far as the clientele, there was no thugs on this evening, or any evening that I have been there. A lot of middle class guys, college guys, all looking to have fun.

The girls are nice like at all the other places. I really didn't see any "hot" girls, just a lot of good looking and average ones. There weren't any nasties. But the reason you come to Roxy's is because they are "friendlier" in the private dance rooms. I paid $40 for 2 songs for my buddy to get a private, he came out very happy afterwards, but not the ending type. He said he got to pretty much touch anything he wanted. If your not the private dance kinda guy/gal, you can get by sitting next to the stage for hours, tipping a few dollars every time they interact with you. A lot of boobs in the face, and your hands can do a lot of talking, again, why I love Roxy's.

I did get myself a private dance by a really skinny blonde with a huge arm tattoo. The private was fun, she reeled me in by giving me a $5 lap dance that included oral through my pants. So after spending $140 on her for about 7 songs, she gives me marital advice, and then ignores me for the rest of the night. NICE!!! I won't let that begrudge me from going to Roxy's in the future. Roxy's so far has been my favorite place across the river as we say in St. Louis, MO.
