This club is located in the large building complex at 257 Allens Street in Providence. There's a gay club (Flixx or Saints and Sinners??) in this building, along with Balloons, some other kind of adult video store/nude modelling place I think (Studio 253?), and maybe another place (Mega Babes Gold Club???). The complex is located right next to Cheaters. There's a lot going on in this complex that these clubs are located in (I think everything is owned by the same guy) though. It's in a bad section of the city for sure too. Parking is basically available only on the street where you can find it.

The entrance to Balloons is located on the private street in between the Cheaters building and this complex. Walk up the ramp and the bouncer(s) will probably ask where you're going to...as I think this entrance is how you get into a fair amount of the whole complex. The entrance that you'll want will be on your right past the booth where the cashier and the entrance to Balloon's VIP area is located. The stage dancing is all-nude here, but the place is filthy and the thug factor is pretty high IMO. The cover charge was $10 (expect to be frisked), and the dirty, unisex bathroom is located outside of the club's entrance near where all the bouncers are located. As you walk into this small club, you'll pass the DJs station on the left (they actually have a dry erase board with the schedule of who's stage dancing every 15 minutes until the club closes) and the stage dance area. At the far back left-hand side of the club is where the two vending machines are for your only drink and snack options (no, I'm not kidding). The club is 18+ I believe, and you'll have to serve yourself a non-alcoholic drink and/or snack from the vending machines in the club. Along the right side of the club is a thin, stool seating area in the midst of some of support poles. In the very back of the club is another bouncer that watches most of the lap dance areas in that small section of the club. This club is apparently only open on Thursday-Sunday from 9 PM to 5 AM, so it's a crappy option if you're young or looking to bottom-feed late night style. They were showing a porn on one of the TVs in the club while I was there, which had one of the local porn stars in it ("Molly Heartbreaker").

There were a wide range of mostly younger girls here with almost all ethnicities represented (I didn't see any Asians girls, but there were a lot of Latinas and even some younger white girls...not everyone dances on stage though). The dancers ranged in looks from a 3 to a 7 IMO. There was also a wide range of entertainment options available, but I would just recommend sitting by the stage (along the dirty, carpeted railing) to tip and gawk at your favorite naked dancer, then sit back away from the stage and get a few caberet-style dances (for around a buck a piece) from some wandering dancers. The hustle factor is extremely high at this place. There were topless lap dances available along an open bench area (everyone gets dances in the same area!) for $20-25/song...nude lap dances were $35-45/song...private cubicle-type dances were around $120...and a closed VIP room experience was $200-250/15 minutes. You may be asked to go with the dancer of your choice to the cashier first before you partake in your entertainment option in order to pay them and get a ticket of some kind (this appeared to be the house fee per dance option that most of the dancers didn't want to pay themselves). All the dance/VIP options were a ripoff IMO...be extra sure that you check with your dancer about how much everything is before you partake in any fun!!
