With the new law the dancers are technically and legally not nude, but with the nipple covers its kind of hard to tell either way.

The law about contact applies if the dancers are nude and since nipple covers are clothing, they aren't nude.

I got dances from Diamond were damn good, not quite the same as some of the other dancers, but good in their own right.
