After a short visit to MBOT, I trekked down the hill to Crazy Horse. Ah, the walk... I don't think I've ever encountered so many homeless people on O'Farrel. They were like gnats buzzing all around. Granted, it was a real nice day, but man, they were everywhere.

Anyway, I walk into the lobby and the gentleman tells me straight up that there's a limited number of dancers. Just a warning he says. Boy, I think there were only 4 girls that afternoon. That meant there were times all the dancers were either on break or in a private show and no one was on stage. Gee, reminds me of a few trips I had in a LA club.

The girls are still the friendliest around, but the club is all business now. They have a fingerprint system that the girls use to clock in and out of the lap room and private shows. And the dancers say if they spend too much time back there, they get docked. Gone are the days of spending a few extra minutes catching up with your favs in the quiet of the lap room or private show booth.
