Better than the USA!
After a long string of disappointing visits to New England clubs I have become very disillusioned with the scene in the Northeast and United States in general. I read the reviews on TUSCL, did my research, and visited almost all of the highly rated establishments, sometimes on multiple occasions, and so far, every single visit left me dissatisfied to varying degrees. I am not sure what the proper way to describe it is, but something appears to be missing. To be fair this phenomenon isn't exclusive to New England and barring a few notable exceptions could be applied to the entire United States. I guess you could say that everything feels very half-assed ever since COVID. The overall quality of the dancers has declined sharply and the price of everything has reached ridiculous levels. Girls put in the bare minimum effort and expect premium pricing and tips just for showing up. I blame American entitlement mentality and our sex negative culture for this. Forget the housing bubble, the pussy bubble just keeps growing and shows no signs of stopping.
Fortunately, there is a way around this you just have to be willing to leave the country temporarily. So, I decided to see what was on the other side of the border. Recently I took a long weekend trek up to Montreal, QC and I must say I was not disappointed. I will say right off the bat that Montreal / Canada in general is not some poosy paradise where scores of beautiful naked virgins lie next to rivers of beer. It is important to go with realistic expectations. After all you are still in North America, this isn't Europe or South America. However, is Montreal better than the USA for this sort of stuff?.....It's undeniably better. In a nutshell, the dancers were way hotter, the variety much higher, their services, vibe and attitudes way better, and to top it all off everything is 50% - 60% cheaper. Pretty hard to have bad things to say when that is the scenario.
The downside is its a long drive and not everyone is within driving distance of Canada. If you had to buy a plane to visit for that kind of money it sure as shit wouldn't be Canada I would be going to. Also crossing the border sucks these days as the vibe, at least entering Canada has gotten very serious and tense. Ever since 47 started spouting off about annexing Canada the people living there have gotten a little salty about having their sovereignty taken away by a larger more powerful foreign entity. Wow whodathunk!
Saturday night and Sunday night I visited Bar Le Vegas in Longueil. This was the first and only strip club I visited on my trip to Quebec. Overall, I have a very favorable impression of this club and Quebec clubs in general. The strip club is located on the South side of the St. Lawrence river in Longueil so technically not Montreal proper, but very close to downtown.
Bar Le Vegas is in what appears to be an old office building that has been renovated into a strip club. The building has a small footprint but is 3 stories tall. Things feel a little tight at times especially when its full of people. As far the layout of the club goes there is an entry area on the ground level you go up a set of stairs to main level where there is two bars, a stage with a pole, tables with seating and row of booths to one side. In the back of the club there is lap dance booths / cubbies. Upstairs has lap dance cabins which are a little bigger and the dancers go full nude up there. Main floor is topless only. In other words its an upscale strip club. Bathrooms are clean, staff is friendly, bar tenders are hot and attentive.
I visited BLV on both Saturday and Sunday nights. I spent a whopping total of 400 USD for both nights which is a bargain considering I spent about 200 bucks each night which included drinks, entrance fee, private dances, and tips. Good luck doing that in the US. Saturday night the place was absolutely packed to the gills with people. I get the impression that strip clubs are a big social sort of thing up in Canada. It wasn't just a bunch of lonely old dudes at the the club it was college aged guys, older men, groups of young women, groups of older women, blue collar 30's aged dudes, professional business types, wannabe gangsters. Literally everyone. I think it is fair to say that all ages, genders, races, creeds, and sexual orientations were represented. It truly was a rainbow coalition of SC patrons. Saturday was much quieter with way less patrons and fewer dancers. Good news is there was about a 1:1 ratio of dancers to customers so you weren't having to fight for a girls attention.
As far as dancers go this a 7up club. I didn't see a single girl who was below a seven. There were a few 8's and 9's in the crowd but everything hovered around a 7.5. I would say that things skewed heavily towards being French Canadian, but you had a few Africans, South Americans, and Asians mixed in. When I say the girls were good looking I didn't see any that were overweight or ugly. Some of the girls had excessive tats or piercings which I am not into but that was minority. If I had to generalize would say the girls had the classic sexy stripper / pornstar aesthetic. Just tons of chicks roaming the club in neon bikinis or sexy lingerie with heels on.
Dances at this place are full contact at 20 CAD per song. At the time of writing this review the exchange rate works out to about 15$ US per song for a private dance. Not a bad deal. You basically have two options at this place, topless or full nude. You pay he bouncer before going to the LD area with your girl. The topless option is 5$ and the full nude option is 15$. After you have paid this fee you can go back with the same girl as many times as you would like. If you find a different girl you have to pay the fee all over again. So even with the fee things are still way cheaper than the states. As far as the dances themselves go they are pretty solid. Basically contact and grinding is pretty good, you can touch anywhere but between there legs. When I was there the girls DEMANDED that I touch them and if I didn't they would get mad and ask why I wasn't grabbing their ass or tits. last time girls were this open in the US was before COVID. oh yeah I almost forgot a Stella or Budweiser is 10 CAD.
So yeah you get the jist of it. The girls are hotter, the dollar goes much further, things are much less restrictive than the good ol' USA. If you are ever up in this neck of the woods I would highly suggest checking this place or another one of Quebec's strip clubs out.
