After visiting Arety's nearby (see review that page) I turned the corner and found Babe's. Babe's was definitely the more "classy" of the two, all the wait staff in matching white lingerie corsets and hose, other little theme things. Arety's had a honky-tonk feel, Babe's a disco / strip-club feel. The girls at Babe's were a bit more attractive, but again I got the feeling that there wouldn't be TOO much contact, even in the VIPs. I stage-tipped a few $1s to the girls I thought were attractive -- nearly all rated an 8 or 9, at worst a high 7.5, on my personal scale, all were white girls, all had some kind of "dance" background. Some were too "look at me I know classical ballet and tap!" on stage (what's sexy about doing something choreographed? nothing!) but they all would have scored big at Mons Venus in Tampa, for example, and I would have definitely gotten some privates if the promise of contact had been higher. These were titties I'd have loved to have sucked on! But it's Pensacola, I had no internet access to tell me all about the adult scene, and it was time for me to drive on. $5 cover, $3 soda pop, $4 beers, mostly middle-aged businessmen clientele. The guys who found Babes, it strikes me, were better at navigating the adult scene, than the guys who found Arety's. Arety's was more military, Babes more reg'lar fo'ks. Neither were African-American at all -- that's just down the road near the P.O., where I saw some serious 'hood hoe-downs at taverns, but that's entirely 'nother story. Good club, low contact, cheap beer and cover.
