First, a note of clarification. This is no longer Stephanie's Cabaret; the new name is now Silver Dollar. Along with the new name, is new redecorations. Straight-back wooden chairs (which aren't the least bit comfortable), and leather sofas (which also aren't very comfortable) line the walls. The stage area has been increased from before, and the pole has had some clearance added to it, so it doesn't look like the girls are trying to escape into the ceiling anymore.
The bar isn't your regular bar, neither. A semi-circle bar (with silver dollars and half-dollars embedded into the bar itself) and a more open bartender's area. The bartenders' are pretty easy on the eyes, as well. The waitresses are more hit and miss, but they are almost always very friendly. Be nice to them, and they will be nice to you. Once they see that you treat them well, I've found that they will recommend the best dancers. All in all, the decor creates a nice, slightly up-scale feeling.
Unfortunately, for all the good, there is bad to go with it. Maybe its because none of the girls were familiar with me yet, but it's more likely that the rules have changed. The dances I got were frustrating, to say the least. They seemed most determined not to get near me, while at the same time staying close. It wasn't just me, also, because a couple of other guys got the same treatment.
