This is truly a hidden gem...

This is truly a hidden gem in downtown Providence, and the best club in the immediate downtown area. The club is located off Washington Street in downtown Providence...Aborn Street is on the right as you're coming from the highway down Washington. Downtown parking is very hit or miss, especially on arts or a sporting event night...but I was able to score free street parking late at night when I visited here recently. There was some parking available nearby the club, but I don't know for how much or if it was affiliated with the club at all.

After entering the club and hanging a right, the doorman will take your $5 cover charge...take another left and you'll be facing the main, elevated stage, which is in the middle of this smallish club. On the left will be the long, very well lit bar with a smaller stage dance area in front of it that the dancers usually briefly go to after finishing their few songs on the main stage. To the right of the main stage is the lapdance area, which is an open cubicle area with varied amounts of lightning...I didn't feel cramped at all in there. Behind the lapdance area on the right is another seating area and the elevated cage where the DJ resides, which is next to the hallway where the dancer dressing room and restrooms are. The bathroom was filthy and very wet. Next to the hallway at the back of the club appeared to be a curtained-off VIP area that wasn't in use while I was here recently. Only a few of the girls really circulated the room talking to many customers...most just hung out with what appeared to be big spenders/regulars and/or fellow club workers. The stage show was mostly bikini in nature, but some rail tipping would get you a short show of some more goodies. The dancers were mostly uninspired while stage dancing, but few people were along the railing tipping. I would caution you that you may end up spending more than your fair share at the tip railing at this club if a girl latches onto you...but what else is new. Drinks started out at a very reasonable $3, but the waitress service was horribly slow! I'd suggest going to the bar to get a drink first then sitting away from the main stage to feel out the club vibe for a while. This was a very laid back club in general.

The dancers here were very varied in ethnic background, and a few had small but enhanced breasts. They varied in looks from a 4 to an 8 in my book...the ones that I came in contact with were friendly and not overly pushy at all. I got two private dances from two very pretty young girls that did come over to me. These were offered for $25/song bikini-style or $30/song topless. I got quite a show from both girls (topless) with much mutal touching all over and even a peek inside their thongs...all very nice and classy though. It was some of the best grinding action that I've seen in any club in the Northeast...including Quebec! Didn't see any evidnece of "extras" being offered here, but I bet one could get off on the grind alone if one had enough time.
