This is a great location and potentially a great place. I come to DC on biz 10 times a year (for the last couple years) and usually visit this place. Disappointed to see it go downhill. Agree with comments posted below about crowd becoming rougher (a bit menacing at times and one gets the sense that things could get out of hand quickly) and the quality of the girls has slipped badly, particularly in the last three months or so.

The club's physical plant is ok...the food is decent....the waitresses and bartenders are generally pleasant enough.

Not sure why the girls have gone downhill. Maybe the appeal of the beach over the summer?? In any case, the Russians have "invaded" this club and there are too many of them on the dancing roster. They are expressionless, seem false, and just don't fit in. Personal hygiene is lacking by American standards. It isn't appealing, and it makes me want to go elsewhere.
