sinclair's Review
I went to Dangerous Curves at 21:00 on a Friday night. This strip club is fully nude and does not have a liquor license. Parking is on the street. The cover charge was $15. You are given a stamp on your wrist for in-and-out access. A can of soda or a bottle of water is included with the cover charge. A can of soda is $3. A bottle of water is $4. Gatorade is $5. Energy drinks and non-alcoholic beers are $7. The desk to buy drinks and the DJ station are to the immediate right when you enter. The stage is along most of the right wall. There is just one pole. The back of the club has the dressing room and the VIP lounge. The private dance room is in an alcove in the left wall of the floorplan. It has a large C-shaped bench that is shared by all patrons getting lap dances. Other than a nonexistent curtain, there is nothing separating the view from the rest of the club. There are cameras in the ceiling and any customer could gaze in. The washrooms and the ATM are along the front wall, which is to your immediate left when you enter. The ATM has a $200 limit per transaction and charges a $6 fee. There is a strict policy against using cell phones inside the club.
There were only three dancers working on Friday night. I was surprised how good looking the dancers were for this club being out in the middle of nowhere; all entertainers were young, fit, and hot. I would guess all three of them were under the age of twenty-one. Dangerous Curves meets the definition of a 7-Up factory. Dancers did three song sets on stage with each getting completely nude by the third song. Stage contact is nonexistent. I got yelled at for having my hands on the stage even though I was tipping like I had just won the lottery; apparently customers’ hands can only be on the drink plank that rests on the side of the stage. Dollars must be tossed on the stage.
–Sinclair Dancer Sheet–
Renata: White, black hair, brown eyes, slim body, B cups, 20 years old, 9.5.
Phoenix: Mixed, long black braids, fit body, small B cups, snakebite piercings, 9.
Marceline: Black/Asian mix, black hair, slim body, B cups, 20 years old, from Twin Cities, 7.5.
Topless dances are $20 per song. Nude dances are $30 per song. Fifteen minutes of topless dances is $100. Fifteen minutes of nude dances is $150. There is a $25 fee to get into the VIP lounge, which is the fancier, carpeted area at the back of the club. The VIP lounge has couches and two beds for a slightly more private experience than what you could get in the community dance area. There is still a bouncer that looks in, and there are still cameras. I don't think paying the extra $25 is worth the nicer furnishings and slightly more privacy. The bouncer assigned to monitor the community dance room and the VIP lounge counts the number of dances each dancer does. While the voyeurism sucks, at least dancers don’t start dancing in the middle of songs or charging for extra songs.
I got a few nude dances with Renata. She made the dances sensual and had a beautiful cookie. Later, I got a few topless dances from Marceline. She was a little shy at first, but she put in a good effort and got more talkative the longer we were on the couch. I really wanted to complete the trifecta with Phoenix, but she seemed to be always occupied with other customers or organizing her garbage can full of dollar bills attained from her stage sets. Private dance contact is one-way. Dancers can touch customers, but customers cannot touch the dancers.
If you want to drink alcohol or eat, there is a bar across the street called Boyd Municipal Liquor. Drinks are relatively cheap, and the kitchen serves pizzas, hamburgers, and assorted appetizers. In the back of the bar is a small liquor store. You are free to go back and forth between Boyd Municipal and the strip club. Most patrons did so. I even saw the owner of Dangerous Curves and a couple of the bouncers go across the street to have drinks. I would return to Dangerous Curves if I was working in the area, but I would probably not drive a significant distance just to come here. The rules are strict, but the quality of the dancers is top notch.
