Only choice!

Mitchell SD has the Corn Palace and the Kongo Club. Corn Palace is a ton of Corn on the side of a building, Kongo Club is a mediocre bar on the North end of town with "traveling" girls and a few locals. Most come from Sioux Falls. This is rural SD and Midwest nice and some of the girls ate a bit too much corn! No smoking in the bar and drinks are reasonable.

Dances are no touch and unless you get the right girl, one dance is usually enough. A dollar tip at the stage gets you about the same mileage. Given a choice between looking at corn murals on the corn palace, or average girls at the Kongo, I'd recommend the jungle.
