Visited on a Monday night, which was slow for Tootsie's, although for most clubs in America, it would have been busy. Compared to my last time, I was a little disappointed. Quality of girls was a bit off (maybe because it was Monday), although the dances were as high contact as ever (lots of grinding, can touch anywhere except g-string area, and some stick-shifting thru your pants). Went to Champagne room for first time - it was $275 plus tip to hostess ($25) for 30 minutes. While the privacy was great, the dances were not different from the VIP area. So my advice is stick to the VIP area. Club is still one of the best in American, and my rating probably reflects my high expectations from my last visit, so probably a bit unfair. Still the club to visit in Miami area. Can't wait to see what new location with 25,000 sq ft will be like in the fall.
