Actual capital improvements at the Bustop. I don't think the men's room has been redone since 1978 and that's the first time I ever remember seeing the lot paved. Wow. Unfortunately, the grim insides remain: wanna see what it's like to run a strip club unenthusiastically, this is your club. Why not just put a big sign out in front that says "We Don't Care If You Come Back or Not." Daytime girls are 5's and 6's. It improves in the evening, especially on a Friday or Saturday night, but then you have to deal with the drunken college boys.
