Visited the Atlantis on the advice...

Visited the Atlantis on the advice of a friend -- he lives nearby and is a regular. THat woulld be the only reason to stop in here. The place itself has gone through a umber of changes over the past few years and does not quite have an idetity of its own. Is it a eighborhood bar with girls parading around in bikinis or is it a dark and lacivious men's hangout where a guy can slip away and ejoy the pleasuresof the flesh?

or is it neither! you do't get the hard core strip club vibe here which may explain the lack of people at 7 PM -- though granted it was a weeknight i July and there are lots of outdoor diversions. But a good club will bring in the people, no? Bartender was more of the gal with a history, cute enough but looked like she had her share of woe stories to burden you with, I amaged to get a beer without too much attitude. There were about six girls on that I could see. A couple of young skinny ones hanging by the bar yakking it up and a few older more sbstantial shall we saw, gals drifting in and out from the recesses in the back. As in all local places, this is bikini only, though some of the outfits take that to a ew extreme, more string than bikini. But all i all, not enough to entice me to stay -- wish I had more to report but there just didn't seem to be much going on. I'll save my sheckles for the next trip to O! Canada.
