The quality just continues to go up.

Lots of very attractive women, although many of them are occupied with what I expect are regulars. It's funny, because a lot of times the girls just seem to be loitering. This must mean they are making entirely too much money if they aren't interested in (or don't need to) work the room.

As most posters say, make sure you scout out the dancer you want and ask for her. Waitresses are helpful for finding a girl if you know her name. For a buck or two they'll check and see if the person you are interested in has checked in, if she's hiding in the back, have the dj page her, etc...
