Lipstick is listed here as "topless" but its "pastie". Not a big deal, but they use bandaids large enough to cover pancakes. So, I walk in on a Monday, granted a typically slow night, but there were maybe 15 patrons and 6 dancers. Pretty slow indeed. I sit down and a girl who I honestly think was in her 2nd trimester sat down next to me and tried to get me to get a lap dance. I try to be polite, but she hounded me so much that I felt guilty. I didn't get a dance from her and I didn't even get a dance from the 1 hot girl in the place because I didn't want to hurt the pregnant chick's feelings. 4 is generous because beers were only 3.50, cheaper than in regular bars in D.C. where I've been living. Not recommended, but if you're passing through stop in for some cheap beer and some billiards and enjoy the limited view.
