Saturday night at Luck Devil

Stopped in for a rare (for me) evening weekend shift at the Luck Devil. One of the dancers I like was dancing there and I hadn't seen her in a while, so I headed over. I arrived a little after 8:00 PM which is just before the evening shift change into the evenings girls, so I got to see both.

There were about 5-7 girls on each shift. Dani and Blue were on the earlier shift, I know and am a fan of both. Tight-bodied, typical alt-esque Portland danders who put on a good show. I watched the pole show for both, dropping ~$5 / song in ones.

For those who haven't been, Lucky Devil has a single pole in the corner. It is a spinning pole (which isn't true of all the clubs around town), and they also have a bunch of hard mounted cross bars in the ceiling rafters. This setup allows for some pretty impressive gymnastic-heavy performance. And they sometimes fire up the smoke machine behind the dancers in the evenings.
