Sunday night was dead but still had a good time

dead — not a lot of energy on the floor and fewer girls working. That said, I still had a fun night at St. James. Nice upscale vibe, good stage shows when they happened, and the staff/management (big shoutout to Tracy) is cool and easy to talk to. Got a VIP tour and had some solid soccer chats with Tracy and a waitress — they were genuinely interested.

The dancers were very hit or miss. A lot of the Cuban girls came off like vampires — soulless, zero real conversation, and hitting you up for dances immediately with horrible robotic convos. Not my style.

On the positive side, there are some absolute fire dancers who actually get into it when you lead and create a real moment. Had some excellent private dances where the girl was fully locked in. Worth the trip for those alone.

Prices felt fair for Houston (3 songs for $50). If you like real connection and control in the room instead of robotic upsells, you’ll find what you’re looking for here — even on a slow Sunday. Planning to come back and might grab that $1K membership.
