Usually go to QTK, and recently tried Starz, and noticed this cafe was literally right by it.

Same concept you get greeted, seated and have to get a drink (tea / coffee) and can get dances of course.

Asians are in morning and afternoon it seems and Latinas at night. Think it’s because the old Vietnamese dudes like Asians and they come out early.
