Aesthetically in Disarray
Memorial Day visit, however this kid a summary of a handful of experiences from 2026. People will come here looking for a value play. I come here looking for some good lap dances with eager dancers looking to stack dances with some decent mileage. The young guy smoking a joint out in the parking lot with his windows down and playing loud hip hop on the radio paints a picture of the vibe. I have to say several times I’ve seen dancers do the same before going into their shift. In case you’re wondering, there’s no judgement from me. Sometimes you can smell it from inside the club when the aroma is carried in from outside. Band AIDS is chill, for the most part. It has however declined in quality for clubbing year 2026, at least daytime.
I got my normal Jack and coke for $11 with $3 tip. Many patrons like to buy a bucket of beers, not sure of price, and small pitchers of draft beer also are available. It’s been a while since I drank their beer, but I’m thinking Dos Equis or Corona is available along with Bud Light. Happy hour pricing used to be $6 pitcher and either $2 or $3 for a glass. You can get served at a long bar as soon as you walk in, and they had a couple of attractive African American bartenders who no longer work. The upside to that is the level of service goes up when the attractiveness goes down. Service is on point with the short hispanic bartenders who speak clear English. The other Hispanics, not so much. More like “you wanna dance, Papi?”
Today, I was approached by a 5 foot 180 pound girl who spoke good English. Of course I declined. There was a contingency of cackling Cubans next to the dj booth. Azul was one who could be considered, but her dances have gotten tame and primarily speaks Spanish to her preferred customer base. One of her cohorts is bilingual and aggressive in asking for dances, but she is too loud and knows not to approach me any more. These were the only options today, and being a Memorial Day Monday is expected, except this trend has become more the norm lately no matter what day I arrive. Last month in April I got scrutinized with not only a pat down at the door by the bouncer but also my drivers licensed was looked over for quite some time, and a manager was called over only to confirm that I looked like somebody else the club had issues with. That day was a busy Thursday, the talent was low, and the bouncer and manager was making their security rounds scanning the crowd at the bar, on the dance floor, and even the manager walking back into the vip area while dances were going on. I understand the need for security being present, but this creepy hawkish behavior doesn’t make for any comfort in getting settled in for some dances. In my opinion, there has to be a reason for the extra scrutiny, but it doesn’t matter to me if I’m not buying any dances with the lack of talent.
