Stage is OK, dances are lacking

Arrived by public transportation, there’s no parking around this place, there is a lady working the door and pulled me in from the street, this is a Lively area for pub life. Free admission but tried to get me to buy a coupon that was two drinks and a 5 min lap dance for 80. I declined and went inside immediately got rushed by dancers who wouldn’t leave my side.

The bar is all the way at the back, and the two dancers by my side really push for me to buy them shots, not wanting to look like a cheapskate I bought them each a shot. I think they were $10 apiece, but I honestly don’t remember. I watched the stage show for a bit which is OK , but the hustle here is incredibly strong. There’s even a hostess who comes around to ask you if you want dances from the girls. I understand pushing private dances, but when they are $100 for 10 minutes and if you agree to that they immediately try to upsell you to 15 minutes for 140. I’m used to the clubs where dances are $20-$30 apiece and you can decide if you want to continue. But here it’s a commitment upfront, and they are very pushy about it.

I agreed to go for a dance with a skinny Latin dancer with Boltons. Again when I agreed to do 10 minutes she immediately pushed for 15 so I did. Worst mistake ever. These dances for 10, or 15 minutes are not great. once we got into the dance room she immediately started talking my ear off. Yes there’s contact, but when she wouldn’t stop asking me questions about me, it really killed the mood. Ask me questions before we go into the back room, not after. She was in my lap, but not really in my lap if you know what I mean.
