Served its Purpose I Guess
Went here on advice of a friend. He is a local and said you can go to Delilahs but will have more fund and spend less at Cheerleaders. First thing I did was get dropped of at Tony and Nicks for a cheesesteak around the corner. If there isn't a local philly team playing nearby, this is the move. The walk from Tony and Nicks to Cheerleaders is completely safe.
Upon entering Cheerleaders I noticed it was a pretty nice club. There was a $10 cover and a metal detector and pat down on the way in. That usually sketches me out but parking lot had nice cars in it and clientele was moderately upscale. I also felt like the security guys were on point. First stop was bathroom and it was quite nice.
Upon walking into the main room there is a verly long bar with seats around it and a handful of poles in the middle. There are also booth tables along the exterior walls of the main room. There must be at least 50 seats around this entire bar. Bartenders aren't pushy and it wasn't clear to me how you tip the dancers on the interior poles. Either way they walk around and ask for tips after their dance which is a little annoying but I've seen it before. Dancers also walk around the bar, approach, say hi, and try to sell dances in back.
