Reaching for Upscale

After entry, I sat down in the upper bar area to catch my breath after running through a rainstorm. There isn't an active stage in that part but I was joined by a good looking woman who chatted me up with some nice conversation as I dried off. She and several others don't dance the pole but are eager to recruit patrons to the VIP rooms.

I wasn't ready for a VIP so I migrated to the main floor and watched those (mostly younger) girls dance for tips. I was approached by at least eight different girls of varying sizes and levels of attractiveness through the night. I did several dances with three girls but at $30 per song, my money didn't go too far. Girls also asked me to buy them drinks at $18 a shot. As they explained to me, their club is the best in Chicago because it's a Gentleman's Club and upscale.

The music was too loud and genre variety was lacking. The girls complained that the DJ didn't take their requests and they had to dance to whatever he wanted. His name was also plastered all over the tall video boards around the club.
