One dancer saved an otherwise disappointing night

Arrived at 4:30 on a Saturday during happy hour. The club itself hasn't changed much since my previous visit last year as far as the layout goes; bar to your left when you enter, lap dance area immediately to the right next to pool tables covered by privacy curtains. Stage area is further back with tables and additional lap dance areas, with small bathrooms to the left. Prices have gone up since last time to $25 a song, though now you can do 10 minutes for $45 or 15 minutes for $65; prices are posted on the board. Drinks vary from $4.50 to $10 depending on what you get.

Place was pretty dead when I got there. In total, there were about 6-10 dancers and maybe 2-3 other patrons. Did not see a single dancer on stage in the 3 hours I was there. The vast majority of the dancers are Cubans, as mentioned in previous reviews. If you don't speak Spanish, there's not much conversation to be had. Plenty of variety from spinner types to BBLs, all of which ranged from average to pretty attractive. Fairly aggressive upselling for dances on average; I was propositioned by 2-3 dancers almost immediately upon entering. Plenty of two way contact if that's what you're into, though YMMV depending on who you get. A previous review described Maverick's as a lap dance factory, which is pretty accurate.
