First Time at Kittens
I was in the area traveling for work. Only in Seattle for a night. I wasn’t going to have time to check out a lot of the Seattle clubs. I ended up checking out two of them, Kittens and Pandoras (review to come). The book on Seattle from me looking in on the outside is the Seattle clubs aren’t great, but most of the clubs are extras friendly. On this trip I wanted to see if this was true.
I rolled into Kittens at around 11:45pm. ID check, patdown, $15 cover. One of the first things I noticed right away was how dark the club was. One of the girls commented that if the club turned on the girls, a lot of these girls wouldn’t be attractive to the customers lol. Decent sized club. No TV’s. One of the girls mentioned the club didn’t serve alcohol, but I thought I saw a waitress serve a group Coronas or Modelos, so I don’t know. But then a girl that was 20 was talking to me on the floor, and I don’t think you can do that in alcohol bars. My glass of Sprite was $7 lol. Both of the waitresses on the floor were bigger girls, and not in a good way. Bathroom was pretty clean. Customers seemed to be mainly on the younger side, 20’s and 30’s.
Two stages, two song sets. For the first song, the girl would be on the 1st stage, then the second song the girl walks over to the second stage. Music is mainly hip hop and R&B. It seems like stage tipping is not really a thing here, in my 2+ hours, I think I maybe saw 5 people tip on stage. The vast majority of time the girls made no money on stage. I think the stage here is just a showcase for girls you want to do dances with. As far as seating in the club, it’s spread out throughout the club.
