Meh. Don't judge from the outside

This review is based off of several visits over the past six months. Pleasures is located outside of the south side of Wichita and looks extremely run down from the outside. Huge potholes in the gravel parking lot, and a small lake whenever it rains forms in the parking area. Signage is dilapidated but entrance is lit up at least.

Inside, you walk down a hallway, pay the $5 cover to the guy that is doing triple duty as bouncer/doorman/DJ, the inside is much better. There has. been a remodel at least within the last decade, so it is much less run down on the inside than the outside. There is a main stage front and center. Bar and restrooms to the left. Pool table by the restrooms. Lap dance area in an elevated room to the right, with bead curtains separating from the rest of the club. Also a VIP area back behind the main stage.

Lighting is medium to dim, with the LD area being quite dark. Music is a tolerable level, so you can still have conversations without difficulty. Customers seems to be working class white and hispanic folk. These days, most of the dancers are black. A few white, and one Asian gal. Range 4-8 in quality. They do the standard three song set, clothed, topless, nude. Most of the girls are interactive with the custies at the tip rail, as there isn't a huge crowd.
